Most internal check valves have a built-in spring that requires a larger amount of suction than closing it to maintain the amount of suction required to close it.
The check valve has no internal spring, so the amount of suction required to close the valve is equal to the amount of suction required to keep it closed. Therefore, the check valve requires a small suction rate vacuum generator
