How to adjust the pressure switch

The pressure switch has high precision and stable performance. It is widely used in the petrochemical industry, metallurgy industry, power industry and water supply industry to measure different liquid and other surface pressure and absolute pressure, Jinbao and control. An intelligent detection and control instrument.


The working principle of the pressure switch is that if the pressure inside the pressure switch system is higher or lower than the initial set safe pressure value, the disc inside the sensor inside the pressure switch can be sensed in time and an alarm occurs, and The movement occurs, and the connection of the pressure switch is connected to each other, so that the connector of the pressure switch is powered on or disconnected from the power source.


When the pressure inside the pressure switch system returns to the initial set safe pressure value, the disc can be sensed in time, and then restored to the original position in an instant, the switch will automatically return to the original position and state. It should be noted that we need to understand the adjustment method of the pressure switch. Let us take a closer look:


1. Select a pressure controller with a set value of 0.1~1.0Mpa (JC-210, HNS-210)


2. Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the top right to position the pointer at 0.8Mpa (8kg or 8bar) of the scale. This value is the upper limit switch value.


3. Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the top left to make the pointer indicate 0.3Mpa on the scale. The lower limit switch value = ? Upper limit switching value - switch differential pressure = 0.8 - 0.3 = 0.5, this value is the lower limit switching value.

1. There is a small knob on the side of the IS1000 mechanical pressure switch outlet. You can change the pressure value of the switch action by adjusting the knob with a small flat-blade screwdriver. There is a red indicator on the side of the pressure switch that indicates the current pressure setting.


2. GP46 pressure gauge with pressure switch setting action pressure is a transparent protective cover that needs to rotate counterclockwise to remove the pressure gauge. There is a small knob under the pressure dial. Adjust the pressure switch by adjusting the knob with a small flat-blade screwdriver. The pressure of action. There is a green pointer on the pressure gauge that indicates the set action pressure. Be sure to reinstall the protective cover of the pressure gauge after adjusting the operating pressure.


Note: Since the IS1000 and GP46 are mechanical pressure switches, their operating pressure indicators will have an indication error of 0.05 MPa or less, and there will be an operating hysteresis of 0.08 MPa.


3. ISE30 digital pressure gauge pressure switch has three buttons and one display window. The three buttons are “△”, “SET” and “▽” respectively. The pressure switch can be set through these three buttons.


Press and hold “SET” for more than three seconds to enter the main program setting. The first interface is to select the pressure unit, which is generally set to “bar”. If you need to change the unit, change it by “△” or “▽”. After setting to the desired unit, press “SET” to enter the next level display color setting. The display color is generally set to “SOG” (green when ON). If you want to change the display color, it is also changed by △” or “▽”. After the display color setting is completed, press “SET” to enter the action mode setting, generally set to “HYS” (hysteresis mode), continue to press “SET” to enter the output state setting, generally set to “NO” (normally open state). Continue to press “SET” to enter the response time setting, where the air pressure is set to the set pressure and output. The delay between the motion signals is in milliseconds. Continue to press “SET” to enter the automatic preset setting, generally set to “MAN” (manual mode, can't be set to “AUT”). Continue to press “SET” to exit the main Program settings.


Pressing “SET” will flash “P_1” and a number alternately. This number is the pressure of the pressure switch. Press “△” or “▽” to enter the setting interface of the action pressure P value. The display area shows the pressure value. , and the last digit flashes. At this time, the last position can be changed by “△” or “▽”. The “SET” can be used to switch between different digits, and then the current flashing digit can be changed by “△” or “▽”. The value of the bit. After setting, press and hold “SET” to exit P_1 setting, enter “H_1” and a flashing number alternately. The flashing number is H value, which is hysteresis value. The hysteresis value is entered by "△" or "▽", and the digital modification method is the same as the P value modification method. After the modification is completed, press “SET” to exit the setting. The current air source pressure is displayed on the digital display.

In particular, when adjusting P_1 or H_1, the highest bit, that is, the leftmost one is not a digital display, must be adjusted to a short vertical line, otherwise all the set values will be automatically reset to zero.


4. PPX digital pressure gauge pressure switch has “MODE”, “△”, “▽”, three buttons and one large and one small two digital display windows. And PPX has two signal output channels, generally we use the first channel.


Press and hold “MODE” for more than three seconds to enter the main program setting. The first interface is the 1-channel action mode setting. At this time, the small window displays “OUT1”, and the general setting large window is displayed as “HYS” (hysteresis mode). If you need to change the settings, change them with “△” or “▽”. Continue to press “MODE” to enter the 2-channel action mode setting. At this time, the small window displays “OUT2”, and the general setting large window is displayed as “OFF” (2 channels are closed). Continue to press “MODE” to enter the output status setting, which is generally set to “NO” (normally open). Continue to press “MODE” to enter the response speed setting. At this time, the small window displays “SPEED” in milliseconds. Continue to press “MODE” to enter the display color setting. At this time, the small window displays “CLOR”. Generally, the large window is displayed as “G-ON” (green when ON). Continue to press MODE to enter the air pressure unit selection. Generally, the large window is displayed as “bAr” (bar). Continue to press MODE to exit the main program settings. The current pressure is displayed in the large digital display window. Note: There may be no last unit setting in special cases.


Pressing the “MODE” small window will display “LO-1” and then display a value, which is the lower limit pressure of the pressure switch action in hysteresis mode. This value can be changed by “△” and “▽”. Pressing the “MODE” small window again will display “HI-1” and then display a value. This value is the upper limit pressure of the pressure switch action in hysteresis mode. This value can be changed by “△” and “▽”.

Z-axis horizontal cylinder pressure protection switch:

There are two kinds of Z-axis horizontal and horizontal cylinder pressure protection switches. One is the mechanical pressure switch IS1000. It is mainly used in all models except F15108 and F12108 in the FLY series. It is used with a mechanical pressure gauge. The other is the ISE30-10-65 digital pressure gauge pressure switch. Before setting the two pressure switches, it is first necessary to ensure that the balance air pressure of the Z axis has been adjusted, and that the manual switch on the main gas path solenoid valve is in the pop up state.


When adjusting the IS1000, slowly adjust the setting knob behind the pressure switch with a flat-blade screwdriver, gradually increase from the minimum value until the main air circuit is electromagnetically cut off, remember this position, and then adjust the value to the small adjustment until the main air The solenoid valve is ventilated, remember this position, and then adjust the set value to the middle of the venting position and the venting position. Note that the adjustment knob should be rotated slowly during the adjustment.


When the ISE30-10-65 is adjusted, set P_1 to 80% of the cylinder balance pressure and H_1 to 0.1. The main program is set to: bar (unit, bar) → SOG (NO green) → HYS (hysteresis mode) → NO (normally open) → 640 (delay 640 ms, to prevent jitter) → MAN (manual mode).


After the two pressure switches are adjusted, they need to be tested. Under normal air pressure, the main air circuit solenoid valve can be opened smoothly after each opening of the air circuit switch, and the solenoid valve cannot generate switching jitter when the Z axis of the machine is running at high speed. It is a gas break. Also ensure that when the balance cylinder pressure is lower than 80% of the set pressure of the precision regulator (the pressure value can be read from the pressure gauge on the left end of the X-axis), the main air circuit solenoid valve can cut off the air supply correctly.


If there is a gas break and jitter during high-speed operation of the Z-axis, properly reduce the protection value of the pressure switch to eliminate jitter.


Main air pressure switch:

At present, according to the fixed control system, there are currently three main air pressure switches in use, namely the ISE30 digital pressure gauge pressure switch used in the NoMotion system, the UCC and NOVA systems, and the PPX series used to indicate the bare metal using the UCC system. The digital pressure gauge pressure switch, the Pantec system and other bare metal GP46 mechanical pressure switches, the GP46 is an alternative to the IS1000 in earlier versions. The two pressure switches are similarly debugged.


When the main air pressure switch is the ISE30 digital pressure gauge pressure switch, set P_1 to 4.3 and H_1 to 0.1. The main program is set to: bar (unit, bar) → SOG (NO green) → HYS ( Hysteresis mode) → NO (normally open) → 2.5 (delay 2.5 ms, fastest response) → MAN (manual mode).


When the main air pressure switch is a PPX digital pressure gauge pressure switch, the main program is set to: HYS (1 channel is hysteresis mode) → OFF (2 channel closed) → NO (1 channel normally open) → 2.5 (extension) 2.5 ms, the fastest response) → G-ON (green when NO) → bAr (unit, bar). In the action pressure setting, LO-1 is set to 4.20 and HI-1 is set to 4.30.


When the main air pressure switch is GP46 (or IS1000), first set the pressure switch operating pressure to the lowest, adjust the main air pressure to the normal value (greater than 0.45MPa), and add the control system to enable the error in the software. Make sure the machine works properly. Stop all movement of the machine, adjust the pressure of the secondary pressure reducing valve to 0.42MPa (can be observed through the pressure gauge on the secondary pressure reducing valve), and then increase the operating pressure setting of GP46 (or IS1000), paying attention to close to 0.40 After MPa, slowly increase the set value until the software prompts “low air pressure”. After the setting, the two conditions should be tested. Firstly, the secondary pressure is increased to the normal use value. The pneumatic manual valve of the previous stage is tested several times to ensure that the software can clear the “low pressure” prompt after each ventilation. , enter the normal use state. Then reduce the secondary air pressure value in the ventilated state to ensure that the software will have a "low pressure" prompt when the pressure is reduced to about 0.42 MPa. If the above two requirements are not met, increase or decrease the operating air pressure setting appropriately.
