Analysis of the causes of vacuum suction without suction
The vacuum chuck is made of a rubber material that absorbs or lowers the workpiece without causing any damage to the workpiece. However, hooks and cable hangers are not feasible. Steel plates, glass, plastics, cement products and wood are all pumped and transported, which can be taken one by one from the stack, and the operation efficiency is high; in some industries The requirements for the surface of the workpiece are partial. However, if the vacuum chuck is not sucked in, the workpiece cannot be absorbed and ground. When such a fault occurs, the power supply should be checked first, and the voltage of the three-phase power supply should be measured with an electric meter. If the power supply voltage is normal, the fuse should be checked for blown.
When a common fault occurs, the fuse is blown and broken, causing the vacuum chuck to be non-suction. The fuse is short-circuited by the rectifier, causing a large short-circuit current to flow through the secondary winding of the rectifier transformer, resulting in a fuse.
In addition, if the rectifier output no-load voltage is normal and connected to the suction cup, the output voltage drop is not large, the vacuum chuck has no suction, the undercurrent relay operates, the suction cup magnetic coil is short-circuited or the plug is in poor contact or causes an open circuit. This fault may also be caused by an interruption of the undercurrent relay coil. When dealing with faults, use a meter to measure the voltage at each point, find the faulty component, and replace or repair it to eliminate the fault.
The suction of the vacuum chuck causes the vacuum chuck to not work properly, so it is necessary to understand why there is no suction.

Common structure of vacuum chuck
The structure of the vacuum chuck is divided into a common type and a special type. There are usually three types of vacuum chucks commonly used.
(a) Flat suction cups have different shapes and materials and are particularly suitable for moving smooth surfaces.
(b) The short bellows suction cup has good adsorption rigidity, good cushioning performance and strong suction when it comes into contact with the workpiece. Bellows can be used for small strokes to separate small workpieces, but are rarely used for vertical lifting.
(c) Long bellows suction cups are suitable for the same conditions as short bellows suction cups, but can be used for higher height differences and longer distances in the horizontal direction.
(d) Special vacuum suction cups are designed for special applications. They are divided into shaped suction cups and special suction cups. The structure and shape of these suction cups vary depending on the object to be adsorbed.
