A three-position three-way solenoid valve is used to control the valve. The three positions refer to the three states of the three-position three-way solenoid valve, which are open, maintained, and closed. The three-way refers to the air source port (P), the working port (A), and the exhaust port (O). The structure consists of two coils and a valve body and a valve core.


The right three-way solenoid valve is energized, and the spool moves to the left to block the air supply port, so it is off.

The left three-way solenoid valve is energized, and the spool is moved to the right to close the exhaust port, so it is open.

When the three-position three-way solenoid valve coil is not energized, the spool is in the middle position to close the working port, and then it is in the holding state.

The working principle of three-position three-way solenoid valve

The three-position three-way solenoid valve, as its name implies, has a three-position, three-channel solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve has two electromagnets. The inside of the solenoid valve is closed, and the three different positions of the holes are connected to the different oil pipes; wherein when either end of the magnet is energized, the other end will be attracted, and the middle piston is squeezed by the oil. After that, the piston rod can be driven, but the mechanical device is driven, so that the mechanical movement of the solenoid valve can be controlled by controlling the current to be closed.







When the three-position three-way solenoid valve coil is not energized, the spool is in the middle position to close the working port, and then it is in the holding state.
